jtryka
The great news is that I got my auction winnings from Stujoe, the nicest "junk" silver I've bought since the 1980s (when you could routinely find barber and seated stuff in the junk silver bins). The other news is that I got a post card from the mint saying my Marine Corps silver dollar was scheduled to ship between 10/31 and 11/1, and noting that I should ignore whatever it said on the website because the postcard was more accurate. Burks
Oh boy was the mailman nice today! First the 93 German coins from Stu came in. Second, my ANACS 1899-O MS-63 toned Morgan came in. This coin is toned red around the edge turning to an orange and then finally a bright green in the center (obverse). Reverse is mostly dark but still nicely toned. This coin has a ton of luster to it, can't wait to scan it http://www.teletrade.com/coins/lot.asp?auction=2063&lot=2078 There's a link to the exact coin. The color are much deeper and richer than the picture.

Scottishmoney
Interesting linen bag from the Royal Canadian Mint, dated 1963 it held $60 worth of Canadian cents that year. I wonder why $60 and not $50, unless the Canadians just wanted to be different eh? Also an early 1960's Federal Reserve Bank bag from the FRB in Chicago. No, I don't collect these, they have uses, like storing bulk lots of British pennies etc.

UncleBobo
One package came in today with a 1972 G. Washington Bicentennial medal and a 1982 proof set The shipping on the proof set was free because it was in the same package as the medal, so I only ended up paying only $.99 for it! Guest Stujoe
Books from Art! Perfect timing. I will put the Sherlock Holmes book in my bag in case I get called to respond to Rita. They sure have changed the Redbook in the last year or two. It looks real good. Love the Bonus book too!
