OK, I dug up some recent average circulation pieces (world coins) that will be the prize this time.

 

Same rules:

I will add more "clues" to the picture of this coin until someone gets it correct. Only one guess per "clue". That means you must wait until I post another clue before you can make another guess.

 

Name the country and denomination of this coin:
