  1. I found 3 game tokens to a local arcade, a 1991 lincoln and 4 silver dimes 2 mercs (1918 & 1930) and 2 Rosies (1948 & 49) Was a good day
  2. Dreamflight, I thought your parents were forcing you to sell off your collection. Yet you are still buying notes. Doesn't seem to make sense to me. Did your parents change their minds about your collection?

Bought 2 notes from Jeff. Always a pleasure. Brett
  4. I picked up a 64 Kennedy Half from the bank on Friday for face. The teller was glad to get rid of it. They really hate having to count halves.
  5. Hi Dave, welcome to the forum. I love seeing new sites on banknotes and yours is top quality. I have too many notes penciled down that I need also. And it never seems to go down.
  6. WOW!!!!! I really like that note. I may have to find myself one
  7. Post back here after you get some answers. I would like to hear what you find out about this coin
  8. I'm not worried about adding scans right now, I just want a listing of pick number for each country on a sheet of paper i can put into a binder and take with me to coin shows. I want to check off each pick number i already own, so as not to get any duplicates.
  9. Is there currently a database available that already has the pick #'s? Or do I have to create one for myself?

  11. I know they make coin collecting software. But does anyone know of any banknote collecting software? Has anyone ever used any? I am looking for (or want to create some kind)a list of each countries Pick numbers. I want it as a check-off list that i can take with me to coin shows. Has anyone ever made one of these or something like it?
  12. Well I decided to head to a small coin show today and ended up buying a few things. 68 banknotes to be exact. I will compile a list in a little bit
  13. In the past few months i have updated my Krause books. So far I have gotten the new editions of the following World Coins 1801-1900, 1901-2000, 2001-present, Paper Money General issue and 1960-present. The only book i am currently waiting for is the Paper Money Specialized Issues
  14. Today I drove down to a coin show about an hour away ( they don't have too many in NH) and i got the following Australia Unc 5, 10 and 20 dollar polymer notes (P51-53) 1946 Hungary 10,000 Milpengo (P126) Madagascar 5,000 Francs (P78) 1975 Rhodesia $10 (P33B) and a complete set of UNC New Zealand banknotes from 1992-1993 (the $5,10,20, 50 and 100) all with the same serial numbers AA000625 and all of it was just under $200
  15. The 100,000 Dollar Gold Certificate is the highest U. S. denomination. Only 42,000 were printed. They were used only for transactions between the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department. These notes were never issued for public circulation. When the Government stopped using them, most were destroyed. It's illegal for a private person to own one of these notes, and none has ever been in private hands. So odds are whatever your friend has is a fake!!!!
