Doogy
Last night I posted here regarding purchasing my first US gold coin to add to my world gold collection. The $5 Liberty auction is still going for another day, but I just won the $10 auction I was bidding on! A pretty coin IMHO, and i'm looking forward to receiving it. Just had to share my good news! (BTW, i paid a bit over $300, so I feel I got a fair deal) Doug

gpnyc
Congrats! Its going to feel good holding that first gold coin in your hand. You didn't overpay either. That's easily a $300 coin in this market.

That's easily a $300 coin in this market. thanks! I'm happy with what I paid. PCGS current price guide (on their website) has this year listed at $415 and trending upward for MS60. I know price guides are subjective, but I paid more than $100 bucks less so i'm pleased. Doug
