MisterMcDoo
It's been a while since I bought notes for my collection and not for my website, but I did!!!! Here's my Germany Fed. Rep. Deutsche Marks: I also bought one of each just for my site but they are circulated. I couldn't find any 50s???

Abish
I also like the reverse on the 2nd and the woman on the third.
MisterMcDoo
Oh, these are borrowed scans. I'd love to have the serial no. on the first one. I love the piano on the reverse of the 100. But most of all... how it says "banknote" on them. It makes me crack up.

San_Miguel98
a definate must-have series. i picked most of mine up from shwarz-a on e-bay. in fact, he has a hologrammed 50 for sale right now. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW if you want to match the rest of your notes, i'm pretty sure he has the older non-hologrammed one if you asked. MisterMcDoo
Thanks for the link!! The price is too high if I were to put it on my website, though, I'd rather just keep watching my wholesale lists. I really really like holograms, just happened to come to these first. Friedman
Nice stuff, Ben. I have a set for myself (5-100) but only the 10 is UNC, I got them when me and my family went to Germany a few years ago.
Trantor_3
While browsing here at CoinPeople, started smelling a weird, burning smell... So I immediately went downstairs, to find that the lights didn't work anymore. Fuse blown. I went to my living room, following the scent and ended up in front of the TV. Tried to swich that on, but the main switch was stuck..... Aparently when I switched it off, last night, it wasn't completely off and electricity was creating sparks inside the swich, heating up the switch and welding it. So I took the TV, opened it (I'm an electrician, by education) and found my assumptin to be true, a burnt switch. Now why on earth wuold I post that here???? When I took the TV off it's place (first time in 7 years) I found a german 20 Mark banknote, just as the one MisterMcDoo posted above Only mine is not UNC. OK, off to replace that switch now.... where's my soldering iron?
