Here are the Roosevelts that I got at the end of last week. Bad pics. Great coins. The 90S slab is marked up but the scratches aren't deep.

Nice Jeffersons Scott. The war nickel looks pretty dark. They tend to do that in circulation or less than perfect storage.

I really like Jefferson nickels. The design is very nice and Jefferson was one of the greatest of our Founding Fathers. He was a very interesting man and accomplished much in many fields, a true American Renaissance man. The Westward Expansion coins added interest to this long running series and have increased collector interest but not very much in the long run. I hope you have some nice Jeffersons to share and that you enjoy this thread. This nickel is much nicer in person. Here's a nice Jefferson/Buffalo. One of the Westward Expansion Series coins. SMS with a matte finish. I really like it.

You collect such wonderful coins. They are truly beautiful pieces of history. Let's take the Edward I York penny. For how many years would a coin like that have actually circulated? How does it come to be available and still in such condition? Were there collections or hoards that have caused the safe storage of these items?

That little guy has certainly seen some use.

Nice additions. Farthings are pretty cool and from what I can tell quite easy to acquire even in higher grades (20th century coins that is.)
