  1. This is an area of great potential. I have actually considered a Roosevelt site similar to some of the Lincoln cents sites. Just don't have the time or money to mess with one right now.
  2. It's a great coin. Looks like is was cleaned a bit. But between 1800 and now there were lots of potential pitfalls for that little guy including a massive melt by the US Mint. The low pricing, IMHO, is a combination of rather large supply vs. small collector interest.
  3. I believe that there is but don't have any reliable reference on the Roosies.
  4. Got this from one of my favorite ebay sellers. I really like the designs on the Westward Expansion series.
  5. Got this the other day. It needs a lot more study than I've had the time to do. First glance appears to have pretty good doubling on the obv.
  6. No. It's definitely a worn and repolished die.
  7. That's a great deal. They all appear to be damage free.
  8. A Morgan. That's got to be the most unusual find of the year.
  9. Very nice additions. I don't have a groat in my collection. Perhaps it's time for one to appear.
  10. That 50 is absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed seeing it. Thanks.
  11. Another great little coin. You make us more and more interested in these little guys everytime you post one.
  12. Congrats on the job thing. The brass threes are really nice coins. I've got a few but not many in good shape. Most are packed with crud or badly damaged.
  13. Neat farthings. They really do make a nice collection and their coppers to boot.
  14. Nothing on 2009s yet. I'm currently working on 2006 Series. Doing a full District/Block set.
  15. Very nice notes everyone. I'm collecting some notes but only $1s and only from circulation.
  16. It's really '73 the picture isn't very good.
  17. A few new Roosevelts for the Registry sets. This is a late die strike. The dies were obviously polished a number of times before they got around to this little gem. It does however have a very pleasing appearance. The pictures don't do this coin justice. It's quite nice and well worthy of the MS66 PCGS gave it. Beautiful cameo on this coin.
  18. Added two new Jeffersons to my Registry sets this past week. The 1964 nickels are probably the single most common in circulation. They are however difficult to find in higher grades and with strong strikes.
  19. Interesting coin and a great theme.
  20. Nice nickels. I have to agree that finding older Jeffersons is not difficult. I wonder if this would hold for other series if the metal composition had not changed.
  21. The "D" looks like it has a shot at FB.
  22. Great bonuses. A good seller to keep an eye on.
  23. Got my Canadian token today. Thanks Blackhawk. It's a beauty.
