  1. The 2000-S Jefferson is outstanding. So is the picture.
  2. Nice last few pictures. The 1830 half is lovely.
  3. Great link Stu. I just somewhat got into collecting the British Pennys and was looking for a list of ballpark prices. Thanks.
  4. Big items: 1lb Potassium Nitrate 1lb Potassium Phosphate 1lb Calcium Carbonate 1lb Magnesium Sulfate 1lb Plantex CSM+B 500mL of CO2 replacement Settle down. It's for a fish tank Also got a package of 18 GB Pennies from jtryka

Won an auction for 18 GB Penny's. Coins came well packed and very quickly. Love doing business with Jeff as I'm never disappointed.
  6. Found an UNC 1960-D Lincoln in change while at work. Also, finally, found some silver doing roll searches! Two 1967 Kennedy's with both in the EF range and some dark orange/red toning. $700 worth of rolls to finally find silver. Out of the $100 I searched, had about 12-15 keepers/upgrades for the folders. 1995's in AU/UNC condition are very popular in my area.
  7. Picked up some GB Penny/Half Penny coins this weekend. Went to a flea market to sell some items with my Grandpa and noticed 4-5 coin dealers. Mainly overpriced silver. SAE's were trading for $15+ each. Anyways I found the GB coins sitting on the end of a table in a big box. Labeled 25 cents each or 5/$1. 1967 Half Penny - BU, Red-brown 1967 Penny - AU, Red-brown, rim nick (BOOOOO) 1967 Penny- AU/UNC, Red-brown 1945 Penny - Fine, chocolate brown 1940 Penny - VF/EF, chocolate brown. I just love the reverse on both of these coins. Sorry. No pictures this week as dad needs his camera.
  8. Watch out for the gimmick ASE's. Like the Lance Armstrong one or 20th Anniversary. You can collect them if you want but there will be a small premium. Nothing special about the coin, just the holder. I think PCGS was the only one to do stuff like that, maybe ICG. No clue on NGC.
  9. Very cool proof! Even though it has been messed with, who cares? Just a nice discount. Looks fantastic.
  10. The 1915-S in VF was VERY tempting that was a new arrival. Had to pass because I only brought $10 with me. If it is still there next time I come home, it's mine. Edit: Sorry for the sub-par pics today. Don't have a tripod on hand so I had to free-hand them. I have unsteady hands so.......at least the color is right!
  11. Made my first purchase in a while. Been kind of tied up with THREE new fish tanks. Planted tanks take up a ton of time considering I trim each one every other day. Anyways, picked up an UNC 1944-S Lincoln today. Little carbon spot on the reverse, light toning. Would be considered RB, more toward red. Pics to come later (can't find a memory card). Oh yeah. Got a Whitman Mercury Dime folder for my circulated set.
  12. Missed these updates. You are right, the reverse on the Canadian halves is awesome. Have about 10 of them in my collection currently and always searching 50% off boxes for more. The Thaler is lovely in many different ways. The reverse and toning really make the coin what it is. Excellent purchases.
  13. Went through our change jar and found. 1958-D Lincoln 1936 Lincoln 1946 Jerfferson 1952 Jefferson 1954 Roosevelt Pretty good stuff for searching a change jar.
  14. Nice looking proof and mint sets.
  15. A little delay but I was setting up another fish tank. While doing some research on fish I ran across this GREAT program for Windows XP: http://www.aquariumadvice.com/viewtopic.php?t=69561 Yes it really does work. Resized 20 pictures in ~30 seconds. First up is the toned 1926 Lincoln. Not in great shape but the colors are really nice. Hard to photograph them but you get the idea. Whether it is NT or AT, I don't care. It was 35 cents. Next is South Africa 1952 1/4 Penny: 1946 Cuban 5 Centavos: 1945-D Phillipines 20 Centavos (paid $1.50): India 1951 1 Pice. I really liked the horse: And finally 1954 Honduras 1 Centavo. It's about the size of a US half dime:
  16. Thanks. Didn't plan on going to the coin store this weekend and didn't bother bringing my macro lenses. Monday night they'll be up
  17. Went through the half off boxes again today since I was at my parent's for the weekend. Most are UNC except the 1926, it's about EF but the color 1926 US Cent. Blue/Purple toned (pics to come Monday for sure) 1948-D US Cent. 1958-D US Cent. 1964 US Cent. 1964-D US Cent. 1955 Cyorus 3 Mils 1945-D Philippines 20 Centavos (BU) 1951 India 1 Pice 1954 Honduras 1 Centavo (man is this thing small!) 1943 Great Britain Farthing 1952 South Africa 1/4 Penny (BU, rose toned rev) 1946 Cuba 5 Centavos Not a bad day.
