bustchaser
Finally got around to starting my contribution to this area. Here are my last two coin purchases. Both came from Stack's auctions. 1810 half attributed as Overton 108. I really like the bisectling die crack on the reverse. Next is one I received in today's mail...1853 A and R quarter. Note the die clash in the larger pics (sellers); it appears the sun is shining down on the date (the actual reason I bought the coin). The second set of pics (mine) show the actual colors better. syzygy
Terrific specimens - don't know which I like better. If it were any other Seated, the choice would be easy. The rays coming out on top of the date are wild.

Cladiator
There are a couple in the Downey sale that almost drew a bid from me. Alas, I have sucessfully withheld my funds for the half dollars tiny baby sister But damn, some good stuff in this sale. Good luck with your bids! bustchaser
Whoa, that 1814 has a pretty nice clash. Actually, twice (with a die rotation in between). Check out LIBERTY clashed both within the shield and on the outside edge.

bustchaser
My first 2 coins this year. Flip-over double edge lettering plus a couple of previous owners (Russ Logan and Stu Witham) made this one a must-have. Also picked up this unattributed 1811/10.
