My father got me into coin collecting when I was 12, forty years later I am still fairly active. While he only collected United States coins, I collect US and European, especially Netherlands, Switzerland, France and Great Britain. My avatar is a 1963 restrike of a 1642 Austrian Double Ducat produced both in gold (X-M29) and silver (X-M29A). The silver version was fairly easy to locate, while the gold variety took years to find. NCG graded it MS65, so it was worth the wait! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
