Need to wait some until Ian makes it around he has a couple from 1784. (Did a search on omni. ) Looks like there is three pages of coins from 1780 to 1784. With a ton of the Maria Theresa thaler restrikes. And a few original 1780 coins.

My collection of French coins and jetons starts from c. 1550. I should be able to fill in a number of dates in the 17th century --as soon as I get them all photographed! If Ian is watching this thread he could probably do most dates all by himself.

I think we may have found our answer, 1784 is as far back as we can go without missing a year. If we continue with decades though, I bet we can get MUCH farther!
