Soviet trial coins book

Recommended Posts

A book that I have been working for quite a few months, if not nearly two years just to hunt the materials and to add to the pain, such materials are almost impossible to find!

Yet I believe I have managed, actually still currently writing out this book, that should exceed most materials that exist in the current market. I don't have any examples from the book yet but I can assure you, some designs are :ninja: . Perhaps that would be very exciting to know what coudl be in it :cry:

I am kinda expecting to finish it on the Feburary 28 / March 1, but it looks like I might need a bit more time to check over my work.

All you need to do is to guess the date and time in my time of when I am going to finish writing this book. The lucky person with the nearest guess will win it. ;) I should have copies of this book as soon as I am done editing and will put up examples from the book, which will be in sell section.

Stay tuned and good luck to everyone! :lol:

I look forward to some examples from your book.

Will this be an e-book or a hard copy?

Thank you very much for the expectation :ninja:

While I have seriously considered and actually have looked into e-book format specification, there are too many ways of how I can crack into an e-book in pdf format, and current standards are not up to my likings yet unless there is something I did not look into yet.

P.S. I will post a preview up tomorrow, and for those that haven't put your guess, now is the best chance that you should before it's too late. :lol:

I will end this giveaway when I formally finish editing this book, although I have no idea when I will finish. Afterall, it's some 50+ pages :cry:

Now if you see the illustration no. 63, there are still MORE to go. :ninja:

I will not comment on the status of the book right now, except to say that this is going to be edited throughly and will annouce a winner as soon as I am done.

Good luck to everyone! :lol:

I finally have finalized the crazy draft of it - the total has hit 100 pages, so it was a pain - all I need is a final check and a cover page and off it goes. :yawn:

The time I have finished it is on the March 19, 6:22am, which exceeds everyone's guess. Yes, the real problem is that I did mention that I would have it done around the March 1, which was a total lie on my part as I only managed it a rough frame draft on the Monday, 6th as I had a whole day off. Assuming that if I added extra 5 days to everyone final to compensate my error, which puts everyone's to the following:

jlueke - March 04 0953 -> March 09

ccg - March 05 1900 -> March 10

bill - March 03 1635 -> March 08

bobby - March 02 1234 -> March 07

akdrv - March 10 1400 -> March 15

Art - March 04 0845 -> March 09

TKD - March 02 1815 -> March 07

Sisu - March 13 1200 -> March 18

Dock - March 03 1533 -> March 08

ikaros - March 06 1100 -> March 11

Kat - March 09 0309 -> March 14

kuhli - March 13 2100 -> March 19

Cheryl - March 13 2332 -> March 19

Trantor - March 9 1527 -> March 14

mitch91 - March 16 0800 -> March 16

Finished time, March 19, 0622,

Closest:

Sisu: March 18 1200 -> off by 18hrs 22

kuhli: March 19 2100 -> off by 14hrs 38

Cheryl: March 19 2332 -> off by 17hrs 10

Ironically, kuhli, you win!!! :ninja:

Im confused..

...

Kat - March 09 0309 -> March 14 (14-9=5... +5 days)

kuhli - March 13 2100 -> March 19 (19-13=6... +6 days)

Cheryl - March 13 2332 -> March 19 (19-13=6... +6 days)

Trantor - March 9 1527 -> March 14 (14-9=5.. +5 days)

If they were all 5 days...

...

Kat - March 09 0309 -> March 14

kuhli - March 13 2100 -> March 18

Cheryl - March 13 2332 -> March 18

Trantor - March 9 1527 -> March 14

Then Closest:

Sisu: March 18 1200 -> off by 18hrs 22

kuhli: March 18 2100 -> off by 9hrs 22

Cheryl: March 18 2332 -> off by 6hrs 50

Cheryl Wins?

Or if you add 6 days to all...

Closest:

Sisu: March 19 1200 -> off by 3hrs 38

kuhli: March 19 2100 -> off by 14hrs 38

Cheryl: March 19 2332 -> off by 17hrs 10

Sisu wins?
