  1. Dave, the back of the note is one of my favorites, not sure why. It is simple but balanced.
  2. All great notes Saor Alba I love the bright yellow on the Candaian 10 dollar!
  3. I received this in the mail today is a Costa Rica 5 Pesos from 1899, P-S163r. This is the first time I bought remnant. Not realy sure if it was a good deal.
  4. Sounds like a fun challange. I am off to see if there is and if I can find another Pablo!
  5. Yes they are common, but I would like one in good shape. Also I am very weary of buying one, there appears to be a lot of replicas floating around. Beside these two are there any other banknotes that Pablo appears on.
  6. Dave - Thank you. I put "seal" in my description but just saw something similar and it was called a medallion. A "seal" looks more like it to me as well. By the way nice note, may I ask were did you find that MPC? I have been looking for the one with the Bufflao on it, but so far I have only found Replicas in anything better than good condition.
  7. I just received this in the mail today. It is a 2008 Jordan 1 Dinar. It is a P-34, my 2010 SCWPM does not have the signature but I am guessing it is a "d" or "e". On the back over laying one of the Camels is a what I would call a “seal” but I am dont know the correct term. Does anyone know the correct term for it? Thank you.
  8. Here are some from Namibia. These are nice set of notes, a bit hard to find sometimes.
  9. I have a reasonably poor budget, I limit myself to staying strictly within my collecting criteria which is “if it doesn’t have an animal on it then I don’t get it.” I appreciate that everyone is posting their notes, it helps me see what I am missing. Thank you.
  10. Nice selection, I love the New Zealand. I will have to look for one of those Australian 1 Pounds for my collection.
  11. Nice notes Pickman! and the 10 pounds has a dog on it which is not that common.
  12. Slight understatement there Dave. I think it is a wonderful note.
  13. Another Tatarstan arrived in the mail today. This one is 500 Rubles from 1993. I like how the vingette was done on the back.
  14. Interesting, what type of bird is it? It looks like a crane of sort.
  15. A beutiful note. I believe that is "Uncle Rabbit" and "Uncle Wolf" from "the Adventures of Uncle Rabbit and Uncle Wolf"
  16. @DreamFLight911 Wow, nice find. Too bad there are no airports close by to me, I just hang out at the wrong places.
  17. @Dave Nice lot of notes. I will need to add the 10 Pound Sudanese my list.
  18. No way near as fancy as those East African Currency Board notes. In fact this probably cost less than the shipping envelope for those two notes. But its mine and it's pretty pink.
  19. That is interesting; my insurance company will not cover my collection. They say because it is paper. They will do coins though. This is my second though, I lost the first in fire.
  20. Venezuela 20,000 Bolívares from 2001. Parrot on the back and I believe Simón Rodríguez on the front.
  21. Saor Alba, That is a nice note! Sigh ... another one to add to my wish list.
  22. I thought the Ukrainen was a bit over priced, but I could not find it anywhere else at a cheaper price. They are hard to find.
  23. As you can see from the scan this one appears to have been cleaned. You can see faint hand written numbers on one side.
  24. I just got this Tatarstan 1,000 Rubles from 1995. I find it hard to find Tatarstan notes in good shape.
  25. West African States from Senegal
