Maybe I missed something in the rules...what makes me next? Or rather why directly quote from Tommyd's older post?

Wild Man

Wild man Thaler, groschen, mariengroschen originally wanted the coin below but later would have taken any denomination.

949474.jpg

Germany Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel 12 mariengroschen (1/3 Thaler) Rudolf August wild man grasping stick KM 504 Somebody needed to make change out of this one. Old cut on edge.

One of the clues.

Go "Bowling" with Little red riding hood and the big bad "xxxx" in "Montana"

"Brunswick makes bowling balls" The big bad "Wolf" in "Butte" Montana

Figured this one would have been easier since I had the coin on omni.

Hadn't followed the original thread, but had to end it once I read it.

Is it a Spanish milled 8 reale (pillar dollar)? I know milled coinage predates this but it's first in the redbook. :ninja:

5. Spanish pillar dollar? No, but I guess you could say they contributed.

Think he just posted to get the two spam links in his sig on the website. Also came on the site I mod. One "what is he talking about?" post and gone.

Too easy. The Libertas medal is number 1 on the list of the greatest American medals.

Congratulations.

A true shot in the dark (seeing how I'm preparing to retire from UC Santa Cruz, home of the Grateful Dead Archive), could it be your Dead silver round?
