You wouldn't want this on the crown jewel on your collection but if a wheatie filler had it, you wouldn't care much. I won't count that towards your Qs. A45, 50, 51 - No. It is tangible. It can be found on coins of any denomination, rarity, etc. It is dependent on other physical factors of the minting process, though.
