I have been trying to compare to similar coins online and so far...well...i am all over the place. I have 3 other $5 golds which i believe are around the same grading, but once i have a better guess based on what I learn I'll post them here and see what people think. jtryka Posted February 13, 2008 Report Share Posted February 13, 2008 From the looks of the photos, this is better than XF, and I would put it in the mid-AU range. Hits on gold tend to be exaggerated in photos, so I discount that, and it looks like there is a good amount of frosty luster yet that may also be somewhat hidden in the photos.
