Dockwalliper
This is the CFA choice for the Jeffrson first lady coin for next year. Probably still gonna be too pricy but a neat retro design for a gold coin. Any buyers? Retro is in at the mint.
bustchaser
Yes, if only they would mint it in an attactive metal instead of gold.
Burks
Yes, if only they would mint it in an attactive metal instead of gold. Agreed. If it is silver, I'm buying a handful of them. Hopefully they can nail the reverse as well.
Dockwalliper
You decide. Here's the 2 rev. under consideration.
Abish
I like it better than most of what they've been churning out (although you really can't tell until it is on the coin), but I do kind of think it is a shame that they seem mostly unable to make attractive coins without ripping off classics. I am with Burks and Bustchaser on the gold point...
jtryka
I am not sure about this one, I guess we'll have to see what they look like. I am not thrilled about buying bullion coins (I only have two and they were both gifts!). I wish they made it a traditional half eagle, then I'd be more excited about it, but a 1/4 ounce bullion coin isn't my bag.
Burks
I really don't like either reverse. But if those are the only two choices: CCAC would get my vote.
UncleBobo
Yes, if only they would mint it in an attactive metal instead of gold. Isn't the mint making first lady medals made of copper based on the designs of the gold coins for us plebeian folk?

Burks
Too bad. That was the only way I'd think about collecting them.
