I am using more cash recently. I think I even saw an article today about people using cash more often. I have two reasons for my use: 1) folks have paid me in cash for stuff in the last year and I need to use it (too lazy to go to the bank) and 2) a lot of the shops near me don't let us use plastic for less than $X. So if I wanted a small bag of chips for lunch, I need to pay cash.

Sam, I think the former is correct. Typically you can see the die crack progress across the coins. Small in the first coin and large in the last coin before they notice it and switch out the cracked die. As such, you *could* find another coin with an earlier stage of this same crack, but what are the chances you or anyone finds it? But this die crack looks quite severe. You'd think we'd see other ones out there! It's definitely a keeper. But I think you should go to a dealer and see what they think.
