This is a Rouble of Peter the Great, dated 1719. I'm no expert on this type of coins, but the reverse (eagle side) seems to have strange texture. This could be just a problem with using low quality images.

 

If possible please provide large high resolution scans or photos.

I think you meant to say poltina.

If by value you mean denomenation, It is indeed, as RWJ points out, a Poltina.

This is Russian for "half rouble" or 50 kopecks.

 

If by value you mean what should you pay, that is another question. This is a coin for an auction.

I have a silver coin of Peter he Great, I don't know the year and the value.

if your POLTINA is genuine - one of the latest recorded sale was about $7000;

again if it is a genuine - it is unlisted variant by Ilyin, but GM 104.8, Severin 411A, Uzdenikov 0583, Bitkin 1030, with letter L above eagle tale and arabeskies on Peters chest :ninja:
