Here in Ukraine Lenin still stands in most squares, even in Kyiv. I like to think it is about not forgetting the past, and maybe not replacing it with something worse. My guess is that a bronze arm could be either Lenin or Stalin, depending on market demand. In my town a local genius was electrocuted stealing some heavy copper wire for scap value.
