They are the ones who put up the encyclopedia. And he said they do have permission to do so. Also they are looking at allowing people to voice dissenting opinions on items in it. Steve Deeds of Bowers and Merena had given permission to put the book on line, but was thinking excerpts. Anyways maybe they will get it straightened out.
