gxseries
Hey that doesn't really include world's rarest coins.
thedeadpoint
Ditto. As an American coin collector, I know next to nothing about world coins and would love to know the big boys in the business.
roaddevil
sorry but thats wat i found when i typed "worlds top 10 rarest coins" i guess the US has the most rarest coins.
banivechi
90% I disagree that article! Sure that Saint Gaudens is rare and beautiful (anyway definitely NOT the most rare or most beautiful world coin) but Mercury dimes, Barbers etc are junk coins in comparison with other coins... "Rare" coins minted in millions... This is the opinion of an european...
gxseries
I disagree as well. Some of the world's rarest coin should include the 1825 Konstantine ruble which sold for a record 3 years ago at 1/2million+ USD (or nearly 600 grand) which high pretty high up in the list. The PCI Guy
Nothing medieval? Boring... St Gaudens are so over-rated, they're not even that pretty. Certainly not a Gothic Crown.

AuldFartte
Where's the Coenwulf gold piece that sold last year or so? I think that website is missing a lot of 'em.
GDJMSP
I think that website is missing a lot of 'em. Yes it is, the reason it is missing a lot of them is rather obvious if you care to look at the bottom of the page. Originally published in A Mercenary’s Guide to the Rare Coin Market.
