Rouble 1729 on eBay - Black patina or cast remainings?

Everything is ok, but I don't like the patina on the portrait side :ninja: Maybe I'm overcautious. Do you think this kind of patina is ok for this coin or can these be cast remainings? Confusing is that another side is ok...

Here is what I see after some Photoshop manipulation with the pictures. Pictures made darker for a purpose. The purpose was to hide large dark stain in the right obverse field, there are also couple small scratches in the right obverse field too (closer to the Emperor's chin). On the reverse patina looks also strange, may be it is over old cleaning but can't say for sure. If not that details are XF or so, quite pleasing. It's up to you to decide on authenticity and if you want to buy it from this seller. Also I see that this seller has no experience of selling anything, all feedback earned as a buyer.

An equal curiosity is that the coin brought more than $1500 and the seller says that insurance is not offered. Who would pay that much for a coin without insurance?
