No clue why but for some strange reason they put it in the catalog as "CS1" which means "Collector Series". I think it is like the "Panda" and "snake" "Test Notes" from China.
I went through my collection looking for eagles and I could not find any that was nicer that the 1918 $1 FRBN.
I like the Albanian note, but for some reason it reminds me of a bird that flew into a window.

Speaking of eagles, this is a 10,000 Lei from Romania, year 2000. I think thats an eagle. Not as fancy as the US Black Eagle or 1918 $1 FRBN (which I put on my want list) but it is neat anyway.
