  1. The series which the 1983 note belongs to became non-legal tender in 2012, eleven years after it was withdrawn. The central bank are no longer obliged to exchange it and probably won't make a special exception for such a low value. This is assuming it's the more recent one featuring Aasmund Olavsson Vinje, the 50kr note featuring Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson stopped being eligible for exchange in 1999.

  2. The complete coin in the above picture is a local die issue of Henry VI, York ecclesiastical mint. Mullet or cinquefoil by crown and quatrefoil in centre of reverse. Most likely Rosette-mascle or Pinecone-mascle issue.

     

    The more complete of the two shortcross pennies has the moneyer Henri on London mint. Looks like a John but is too beaten-up to be sure from these photographs.

  3. From the sound of what you're describing the Edward VII and Alexandra coin is indeed a commemorative souvenir token as those were rather common coin types especially in Great Britain
