  3. It's a beautiful coin, and the portrait is excellent conditon. How do you find great ancients like this?
  4. It's difficult to get that far. I only have a Indian coin of 1180 and after 4th century Roman coins. Most of the coins that I have are of the start of 20th century.
  5. If I complete my collection of dictators notes, I don't think Saddam or Al-Assad would send to me a congratulations message.
  6. I got the Kenneth Kuanda 50 note, and now I got Ho Chi Minh on 200 dong and Saddam on 5 dinars, but the crappy ones of after the gulf war.

  8. I didn't complete the State quarters collections yet and there's still the Vancouver olympics quarters and now National Parks and only have 2.
  9. I like to get the silver ones, but it's more pricey. Ont that I like a lot is a $20 proof with a lighthouse, the quality is impecable on it.

  11. Does anyone collect commemorative coins, in particularly modern ones? I like to get the ones of Canada and United States.
  12. Toning can be more worth, but usually for only silver coins and many people will pay because of how nicely looking it is. And also it can help assure that the coin is old and authentic.
  13. Its probably a replica, but in Italy in the renaisance, they made coins and medals in ancient styles.

  15. Yes, their coins are =to U.S. dollars. My father was also in El Salvador and they only had their own coins, but were valued in U.S. dollars.
  16. I was in Ecuador many years ago, and they used their own coins, of 5, 25, 50 centavos of the date "año 2000" but I don't know if still is used.

  19. Sorry, but no. It gets very hard to get from this period. The next that I have is a medieval Indian coin.
  20. I need help to determine the quality of this coin. Its a 1903 Morgan Dollar, USA. It is in very great lusterous condition, but it has some scrathches on the cheek and toned/burned edges and a dot in the reverse. The picture is very bad, bit can it be AU55 or is it less?

  23. Sorry, my next oldest only is 1180.It's hard to get very back, so maybe its time to have a new list.
