    jtryka

Great person to deal with. Coins came just as described!
  2. 1961 Washington in really bad condition. Reverse is flat and obverse is beat up. 1911 Wheatie (buy $5 worth of pennies every time I visit the bank) 1964 Kennedy, F or so.
  3. The coins I won off Jtryka but sadly I cannot view them until late Friday when I go home from college for the weekend :*(
  4. Nice half you have there gpnyc. I wouldn't mind having one like that. I do not have any gold coins but in the next few years I see a handful entering my collection. Another piece that I don't have is a 20 cent piece.
  5. A pack of various foreign coins I won off Ebay for $1.50. Not bad for 15 coins that I've never seen before.
  6. Morgan's, brilliant red wheaties, and I'm starting to get into large cents but those kind of stretch the budget sometimes when looking for a real eye catcher.
  7. Today was another good day. My coins I won off Corina came in. The 1801 coin is nice for its age
  8. My PCGS MS69 2005 Silver Eagle came in today. It is placed in a 20th Anniversary holder. There is just one little knick in her arm that is hardly noticeable (I had to use a lens to see it). Probably what kept it from being a 70. Good way to start my collection of MS69's
  9. My 37 coin solid bronze Shell-Oil (coins minted by Franklin Mint) set came in today. The coins feature the Presidents from Washington to Nixon. All for the grand total of..........$6
  10. Lots of notes came in over the past few days. Thanks to Ben for two sets of these beauties. Also had three sets of the note below straight from Romania.
  11. 1922 Canadian Nickel - Great condition. I'll try to get pictures tomorrow. I love the looks of it too.
  12. Heh. My girlfriend complained about both of our handwriting. In my defense I told her "at least I'm not the only one in the world who writes in chicken scratch". Thumbs up on the site.
  13. I know McDoo will enjoy this one. Today my three Romanian 2,000 Lei polymer notes came in. They are the ones that were packaged in special folders for the last solar eclispe of the millenium. These are some really beautiful notes and the lady I bought them off of offered to get me the new ones as they come out. Only cost me $9.50 for the three. If anyone wants the lady's name off Ebay so you can contact her just PM me.
  14. Over the past few months I have saved all my change in a bucket and decided today to go through it. Probably 5lbs worth of pennies, nickels, and dimes (I use quarters to wash my cars). Talk about some nice finds! 1959 Penny - EF-AU, has a reddish tone to 50-60% of the coin. 1919 Wheat Penny - VG-F condition, oldest find to date. 4 (yes 4) 1943 Nickels - All at least VG. 7 Silver Dimes Next month I am going to dump out ~40lbs of change that my family has collected over 15 years. My dad has about 10lbs in his room and I have about 30lbs in my room. Maybe there will be some coins in there that some of you need. I'm praying for the coin that could pay for my college education. If I find it there will be a lot of and going on.
  15. Well let's see: 1981 Bahamas 50 cent proof 2002 Trinidad and Tobago $1 bill 2002 Hong Kong $10 bill (very nice) Kuwait One Dinar bill 2006 Redbook (thanks Art) I bought the bills off of Ben.

My '06 Redbook came in the other day. Talk about a nice book. Thanks Art for the great service and product.
  17. I tend to give out halves unless they are really really nice, toned, or a date I don't have. No reason to hoard them when someone else may stumble on them.
  18. Mailman brought me the coins I bought off of Bobby. 1943 - PDS set, black toned 1943 - Gold toned, high detail.
  19. Throw me a total price (including shipping) with the note I won in the auction, Hong Kong note, and Kuwait note.
  20. Darn you! I guess I'll take the BIN also.
  21. I'm looking for coins that are either from the Vatican or have a portrait of (any) Pope on them. If you have any bills I will consider those but coins are my #1 choice.
  22. I'll probably go with the stapled ones until I get some coins really worth putting in self-adhesive versions. These are just "nice" coins with little value to them other than to me. They will all eventually be upgraded.
