  1. Here's an 1881-S I picked off EBay awhile back. Paid a little over $20 if I remember correctly.
  2. I second that. Post 'em here. I know I'd like to see them and here is I always go first. BTW. Congrats on the completion. I've been trying for way too many years.
  3. I've known people who have received coins from the 1800's in circulation but the oldest I've ever found was a 1913-S Lincoln cent. A couple years back, while at a gas station, the attendant showed me a Morgan Silver Dollar someone had just used to purchase gas. He didn't know what it was but he wouldn't part with it either.
  4. I inherited about $35 in Wheat-back cents, mostly from the 50's so I rolled them up and cashed in $25 at the local 7-11. Figured in might get someone interested in collecting or further a existing collection along. I still spend the common Wheat-backs.
  5. Received this today: A Franklin Mint Half Dollar 1967 off Ebay from the now defunct Hacienda Casino in Vegas. I've seen $1, $5 and higher but never a 50¢ piece. Paid less then $6.
  6. It's a great thought and the perfect answer.

    Found It

It's a great feeling finding a coin (or anything for that matter) that you had lost. I too lost a few coins/banknotes and figured they were gone for good. Found them a year later.
  11. Just received a roll of BU 1999-D SBA's. I won them in a contest on the CU Open Forum a week ago.
  12. Had 4 Morgans lifted from me by a cousin. I remember one was an 1896 but I don't recall the others. Been gone over 30 years now.
