ikaros
"Mercury" Dime 10c 1917 $10+ US This is Old Number One, the coin I have had the longest, the earliest, and nearly only, survivor from my first foray into collecting in the early/mid 1970s. This dime has been in my possession for 40 years now, and there it's going to stay.

Jazinta
I don't know what to put for this, because I have 2 very favorites. This is a beautiful proof $20 coin of Canada. The picture isn't good but the coin is beautifully made. This is a Danish 1 Skilling coin of 1771, it's a newer one in my collection but also very simple and beautiful. So I would like to get suggestions from you, like a vote to decide which one I should put.
ScottO
1862 Halfpenny B over R Halfpenny 1862 £3000-£3500 UK and Ebay purchase not an area I normally dabble in, but I do look under 1862 penny category on Ebay frequently (as this also brings up Halfpennies of which there are a few I am after) there was one listed as such in UNC which drew my attention to the variaty, with it being unlisted, this particular coin had ben on BIN for 9 days. listed at £15. spotted the telltale signs of the R under the B, and grabbed it. it is my Favourate because it is just one of those once in a lifetime bargain purchases, especially as this is rarer then the known A B and C die letters.
