Obverse: The English Tommy, President Poincare, Czar of Russia, and the King of Italy kneeling in a suppliant attitude. Reverse: A fence with sacrificed pieces attached to it; a gold spitting dolphin from England, lemons from Italy, a bleeding heart from France, and a strong fist from Russia. Behind the fence are the portraits of the Balkan Sovereigns; Ferdinand of Rumania, Constantine of Greece, and Ferdinand of Bulgaria. Inscription: "Hilfe! Balkan! Streit fuer uns" (Help! Balkans!
