Believe it or not, I found this coin from a basket of assorted, less-valued, Phil coins. Seems the owner/staff are not aware of it's rarity. (not sure the exact term) Basicaly im looking at the obvers (the front) and the douple punched portion does nto seem to be the same design as the "main" coin. The word "One" is no where to be seen on the coin and if it is under the second strike then the word would be backwords or up side down? Anyone else see this as odd?
