Coin is Fake. Reference:1809 10 kopecks Original with struck over other coin only 3 coins known. Struck on coins of Alexander I and Catherine II 1st- I believe one in Museum struck on 5 kopecks of Alexander I. 2nd- struck on 1778 5 kopecks of Catherine II in Private collection. 3rd- struck on 1795 location Unknown, last reference was in Gurnal "Staraya Moneta" from 1911 y. You should let him know, some times dealers have no experience to identified fakes, on vcoins primary the dealers with good reputation.
