gxseries
I just got my example of an early Alexander I polpoltinnk which I found it to be VERY difficult. My example is a worn example but fortunately it's not jewellery damaged, not like what my other coins usually are. Anyone else with excellent examples? squirrel
I can supply a photo of the matching rouble, with almost identical "eagle in silhouette" obverse.. (easier to find than a polupoltina, however..)
kisenish
Yes, 25 kopek pieces 1802-1810 are scarce, much scarcer than the roubles of the same design. These are coins from my collection (I’m not a good photographer ): This type is even scarcer:

Timofei
That was nasty That was definitely an AU-50 at most, not very appetizing when in hand.
kisenish
That was nasty Actually, it's just a question of money you want to spend, you can get it in a really amazing grade - the question: do you wanna pay soooooo much?
gxseries
$10,000 I'll rather spend it to finish the rest of my type set (earlier silver coins are out of the question though )
