1915 rouble from China

Looks like Chinese mintmasters switched to Nicholas II roubles:

Truly amazing ... the only discrepancy I can see right away is that the rim kind of "melts" into the denticles on the coin pictured in the auction, whereas the inside edge of the rim is a bit raised up from the denticles on the genuine item. However, it is also possible that this is due to wear. Here is mine for comparison: 1915 rouble. Do you see any other obvious give-aways that this coin might not be kosher?

 

Now I just wish they would make up their minds if the coin is "uncirculated", or "XF/XF+", or maybe "almost XF"... :ninja:

yes, I think it's a cast fake, please look at the surfaces, also the edge was sanded off, very well seen on the eagle side.

Thanks ... :ninja: ... I see what you mean, now that I looked a little closer. Also, I saw a few strange incuse marks above the hair, close to the denticles.
