Interesting that Durez Plastics and Chemical, Inc. (North Tonawanda, New York) was one of the companies trying alternative materials for cents.
They were located a few miles North of me. The location is now a empty , contaminated, field.

The rim on the Liberty side seems to have issues too.
Hard to say without seeing it in hand. Could be a filled die error.

A few times a year my daughter will bring me an odd foreign coin found in her register.
-
Close examination will show a seam where the two coins were fused.
The 2 different dates is a dead give away that you have a novelty coin.

Here is what I found.
Canada: 2005 25 Cent Canada Day Coloured Quarter with Beaver
Condition: Proof Like
Mintage: 57403
Design: The coin showcases a happy beaver wearing a shirt with a red maple on it
Packaging: Coin is housed in a colourful, illustrated folder
I see it selling online for about $7.50

Circulating Kennedy Half dollars
in Coin Forum
Posted
My oldest son has been living in Ecuador for some time now and as many of you know they use US currency.
The Sacajawia Dollar coins are the most commonly used coin but recently 2018 Kennedy half dollars have started to show up with regularity.
You can't even get them from the banks here.
