It depends on the denomination and condition. A picture wold be good to see.

In Canada, a 1937 cent, in USA a 1930 cent.
In Canada it's extremly hard to find coins before 1937, because it had other different designs and people keep them. And before 1967 it's also difficult for the big amounts (10, 25, 50 cents) because it was silver.

The Butterfly glass coin and Grandmother Moon mask are already sold out. Not sure about the Maple Canopy coin.
I wanted to get the butterfly coin, but quickly sold out. ANd in the stores it's more expensive.

Aw that beats me.
Got a 1962 Canadian quarter a couple of days ago, both silver and Canadian are unusual in these parts.
That's cool. I never find the silver ones but a friend got me a 1944 quarter that he found.

It's strange. First I thougth that it was worned out, but the others are very worn and still can be seen. Maybe somebody did it on intention, or it's a rare mistake.

It's the most beautiful classic coins. But it's really expensive. Right now the most afforadble on my list is the 25 euros of Austria with niobium.
