Art Posted December 25, 2005 Report Share Posted December 25, 2005 I like it too. I've been told that the red comes from an incorrect alloy. Supposedly too much of something in the bronze. It's not uncommon in the IHCs and early Lincolns as well. The cent seems to be in very nice condition. Could be MS. It's hard to tell from the picture but the diamonds seem to be all there.
