THe ones I sent you are crisp UNC, once you start using them in a humid environment (as I did several times now) they loose that weird feeling very fast and behave like (toilet)paper.... It's amazing how fast these notes look totally crappy.... And the smell.... They're soo poor there, they don't even have the money to make proper money...
