Ian Posted April 14, 2012 Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 The assay mark (or `poinçon' as the french call it) is the cornucopia aka `horn of plenty', which indicates that the piece was minted at Paris Mint sometime after 1880, probably early 1900's.
