I bought this coin from a dealer in Tel Aviv - There are collectors in another forum who say that Is it looks dipped/unoriginal OR possibly over-dipped OR It's a good circulated coin -

Probably dipped. But your pictures normally do looked washed out. Not sure what to suggest on that. If you look at the milky effect that's one of the main ways to tell over dipped.

Yep what he said. A 1921 morgan is one of the highest mintage morgans around. It would be approximately silver value any ways.
