halfdollar
I won these last night, probably overpaid for them but I plan to keep them indefinitely A few questions though...........how do you tell if the Rouble is a high or Low relief? What would mine be? 1913 Nicholas II Romanov Dynasty Rouble MS64 1855 10 Kopecks MS64
gxseries
Here's one example well illustrated by Tane: http://www.coinpeople.com/index.php?showtopic=177 There are two clear points of distinction - look at the cross on the right Tsar's head. The low relief has it tilted whereas the higher relief has it positioned higher. Another way of telling the difference is the - and . around the Tsars. While both of them have a pattern of -.-.-.-.-. , the lower relief appears to end with .. versus the higher relief's .- Hope that helped

bobh
I especially like the 1913 Romanov rouble ... it is very hard to find them with intact surfaces such as this one has, and beautiful toning! Congratulations, halfdollar!
