gxseries
I found it ridiciously hard to even find a picture of 1883 and 1913 ruble coin. Yes I know that those are the years when the commemorative coins were minted, but it's suprisingly hard to find *normal* coins that are minted in those years! :/ Or rather I found it a lot easier to find commemorative coins... Do you have any of those by chance or have seen any?

gxseries
Hum... I honestly think that, regular coins that were minted in the same year as the commemorative ruble coins are pretty difficult to find, like 1834, 1839, 1841, 1859, 1883, 1898(exception), 1912, 1913, 1914... (hopefully I didn't miss any years out) Sekine's link has *SOME* of them, but not all... which could mean that it can be proved to be quite difficult. http://park3.wakwak.com/~sim1351/index.html
Tane
Both 1913 regulars are listed as rare in some cataloques, high relief commemorative is very common, low a bit rarer. 1912 regular is, atleast in my opinion, the most common of the roubles minted in 1900's. A pic of the 1913 rouble
