RW Julian
The following coins offered for sale on eBay are genuine but bidders should be careful: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=200263669946 Photo lifted from Gelos sale, September 2004. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=200263663392 Photo lifted from Gelos sale, May 2006. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=200263670949 Photo lifted from Ekaterina 36, April 2006. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=200263662912 (1738 d) Photo lifted from Gelos sale, October 2005. I find it interesting that this seller would be so kind as to hold a three-day auction with such rare coins of great value. The other pieces offered by this seller no doubt also use lifted photos but these have not yet been traced. This seller started in August 2008, mostly offerering coins of low value, perhaps in order to build up a good feedback. RWJ

RW Julian
The seller posted the following note to explain why some of the auctions had been stopped: On Oct-15-08 at 14:29:35 PDT, seller added the following information: Dear buyers! I`m Ended 8 items, because tommorow one man from Poland goes to Riga and buy this coins at price, who i needeed! Thanks for loyalty! This coins have a sertificates and price who Poland buyer want to give me at this coins is so low! If you bids this coin who are in at now at sellings list and You are in Europe i will go to your country, city and you will see certificate to coin at check coin! Sorry for my bad english! I hope you understand! Best Regards! Considering that the photos were stolen, this new explanation is equally suspicious. RWJ
squirrel
Luckily, most of these goofballs dont get away with this for long. Im sure he will soon be booted from ebay. Another lesson for all: know who you are buying from!
lennysky
In addition, his gold coins that are still up look like fakes as well jusging from their color. Typical of Israeli fakes (probably Ukranian fakes too)
