Extrastarka
Value of the coin?
sturzny
Looks like a nice example. In my experience the Russo-Finnish coppers are not getting the same markup that the silver and gold pieces are. If I were selling it in my shop, I would probably put a $75 price tag on it. In an auction situation with Russians bidding, it could bring more.
gxseries
75 dollars might be a bit too optimistic even with the high prices that the Russians are willing to pay for. I'm not too sure if 1872 penni is scarce. Here is a link sold by a reputable dealer for a rough idea of price guideline: http://www.rustypennies.com/catalog/finland.html
sturzny
I wouldn't call it scarce but it is the better date (first year) of the dentilated Alex. II series. And based on the pictures I would say the coin in question compares favorably to what that dealer is offering.
alexbq2
I don’t collect Finland (for the moment), thought 75 is a bit too much but check out the Russian stats on this site (prices are in roubles): http://tsovin.ru/coins/?nom=1+%EF%E5%ED%ED...=2008&auc=
lennysky
Probably $25 is a good price even in this condition. Finland is still very attainable.
