satootoko
The first one is not a coin.It is, however, Chinese, identified by the country name at the bottom of the side without the dragon. There appears to be a "6" as the next to last character, but I'm not familiar with the final character on the line. It is not "year", and in any event the item doesn't have the look or feel of a 1917 piece.
