Brett Posted July 31, 2007 Report Share Posted July 31, 2007 I searched through Hertiages archives (California Fractional and 1880)and found this info for that coin Lot: 6751 Auction: 416 1880 California Gold Charm. This is a round half-dollar size piece with an Indian Head and 13 five-pointed stars, listed as Burnie S-14. These jewelry pieces are collected side by side with the real California gold coins and have been gaining in popularity over the last couple of years.
