This type of toning is certainly not my "cup-of-tea". The 46 Roos are not very hard to come by. I cannot really tell much about condition from the pics, so I guessed MS62 but could easily be AU...

Grade - I gave it a 61. Either very slight wear or a weak strike, I can't tell.

 

Value - $1-$2 doesn't sound unreasonable.

 

Toning - Not ugly, not attractive. It's something I'd have no problem owning. That looks like natural toning to me. I've owned a Washington and 64 Kennedy with similar toning.
