gxseries
Welcome to coinpeople! A 1913 10 kopek of BC isnt' too particually rare so if you are paying over 10-20 dollars or more, you might be paying a bit too much. I wouldn't pay over 10 since I don't have much interest to pursue them in mad UNC condition. If you want a proper dealer to sell coins to you, this is one dealer that I will recommand to you: http://www.rustypennies.com/catalog/imperial_coins.html Others here too will highly recommand him. His prices are a bit higher than what you may think but you are getting quality and service. Just don't compete with mad ebay buyers these days unless it's a scarce coin
Cheburgen
Yeah, I recommend Mr. Basok also. Just got from him very nice coins and did not pay too much for them. If he is saying that the coin is in BU he will send you real BU. Highly recommended dealer.
