gxseries
Interesting - never knew that they were minted by the British Royal Mint. Makes no sense why their coins aren't minted in Russia. Maybe more expensive???

Scottishmoney
Turkmenbashi wants only the best mint to handle coins with his portrait. They would be a fitting memorial to one of the most meglomaniacal dictators so far in the last decade, he finally gave up the ghost last month, and now they have a new idiot to lead them to ruin. Actually that devil was not so black as painted. There's some things in Turkmenistan that the other people just can dream about. And when Western civilization (especially Americans) will understand that western model of democracy is not universal and is not suitable for every country! But I'm wondering if there will be new coins with the portrey of (try to pronounce!) Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov. And what size should be font of inscription "President of Turkmenistan G... B..." on smaller coins!
