  1. Designed by G. Hamerani with high rims to protect the devices.
  2. Here's one that came with a group of Papal medals. Pius VII, Anno I (1800), 40mm, Mazio 538.
  3. You appear to have a farthing "Conder" token issued by Pidcock's Menagerie. I've added a couple of sites that feature them. http://www.tokensociety.org.uk/articles/tokens/pidcocks.shtml http://coins.www.collectors-society.com/wcm/CoinView.aspx?sc=48869
  4. I got interested in some of the unofficial medals after I saw how many variations there were and how little they cost. This one is 26mm in (I think) brass. (George's wife looks more like Queen Anne than Charlotte to me!)
  5. Mainwaring engraved or manufactured some historical medals which are also catalogued as "Conder tokens." This is BHM 343 as well as Middlesex 207.
  6. Generally only 20-30% of the world lots are actually sold in a given Teletrade auction. (See Prices Realized on Teletrade) Coins are often quickly "bid" to a level which is the consignor's reserve rather than a competitive level. Bob
  7. Here's a couple I took to be long service medals given the 1817-1847 and 1877-1908 inscriptions. Bob
  8. Occasionally I come across a proof Canadian bank token produced by the Royal or Heaton mints.
